KANNUR: Another disgraceful incident of molestation in case of foreign tourist has occurred in incredible India. This time a Spanish tourist was molested near Payyambalam Beach in Kannur Kerala.

The woman was walking on a road leading to the beach when the accused N S Jayakumar (42), riding a motorbike, allegedly accosted her and molested her. This incident highlight the plight of foreign tourist in India.

However woman tourist told police that she was not willing to register a complaint. She also said the incident was the most 'bitter experience' after

coming to India as a tourist. She later left the place in an autorickshaw.
According to police the accused working as a clerk with the Defence Security Corps in Kannur, was allegedly suffering from mental disorder some police cases were already pending against him.

Police registered a case against Jayakumar under IPC section 509 (assaulting a woman's modesty) and produced him before a local court which granted him bail on personal surety.

Lenient and cumbersome law process in India is one of the main reason that people are not afraid of doing crime in India and tourist face nightmare.
